Step-by-Step Admission Process
1. Submit Your Application
Students can apply for admission online or offline. The application procedure is common to all students.
2. Admission Selection
Once the application is reviewed and the student is selected by the Admission Board, the student will be formally notified by the institution.
3. Pay the Initial Fee
After selection, the student will be required to pay the prescribed initial tuition fee/fee deposit, as communicated by the institution.
4. Visa Documentation & Processing
Once the required payment is received, the institution will provide the necessary admission/visa-related documents and instructions to assist the student with the visa process.
5. Complete the Admission Formalities
Before the specified deadline, the student must:
Submit all required documents.
Complete the remaining tuition fee payment.
Complete all applicable admission formalities.
Submit valid visa/residential permit documents, wherever applicable.

Documents Required for Foreign Nationals & NRI Students
Students should keep the following documents ready for admission:
Academic Mark Sheets
10th standard mark sheet/certificate.
12th standard (or equivalent) mark sheet/certificate.
UG degree mark sheets, where applicable, for students applying for postgraduate programmes.
Eligibility Certificate
Eligibility/equivalence certificate issued by the relevant Indian university or competent authority, wherever applicable.
Conduct & Transfer Certificates
Conduct/Character Certificate from the last institution attended.
Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended.
Passport & Visa Documents
Copy of a valid passport.
Valid Student Visa/appropriate visa or Residential Permit, as applicable.
Health-Related Documents
HIV Clearance Certificate, if required under the applicable admission regulations.
Photographs
10 passport-size photographs.
10 stamp-size photographs.
Important: Students should ensure that all documents are valid, complete and available in the required format before the admission deadline. Additional documents may be requested depending on the student’s nationality, programme, university requirements and applicable regulations.
English Language Requirement
In special cases where the student’s previous medium of instruction was not English, the student may be required to undertake an intensive English-language course for up to six months, as prescribed by the institution, to help them comfortably follow their chosen programme.
